Part-time CRM and Lifecycle Copywriter

Are you ready to drive growth for an industry-leading platform by scaling copy across high-impact audience journeys? As a key consultative partner within our lifecycle marketing ecosystem, you will translate strategic audience insights into high-converting, omnichannel messaging that accelerates engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app touchpoints.
100% remote (must work in EST/CST Hours). Responsibilities:

Craft targeted, multi-channel copy across CRM lifecycle journeys to optimize conversions across diverse user segments.

Partner closely with CRM leadership to translate strategic briefs and audience insights into compelling, on-brand messaging.

Collaborate with design systems and external agency partners to streamline high-volume content production and campaign deployment.

Analyze A/B test results and iterative messaging performance to continuously enhance engagement across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

5+ years of specialized lifecycle, email, and multi-channel marketing copywriting experience within high-volume programs.

Demonstrated expertise in writing for triggered CRM flows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.

Proven track record of leveraging platform insights and iterating copy to achieve measurable performance improvements.

Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and collaborative digital tools within dynamic creative workflows. Opportunity
