The Senior Client Marketing Manager (SCMM) is a recognized subject matter expert responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of client marketing programs for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role drives measurable impact on client engagement, registration, and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SCMM influences client and internal stakeholders, contributes to departmental strategy and planning, and plays a key role in shaping marketing best practices.
This role also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance across the team while supporting broader organizational priorities.
- Lead the strategy and execution of client marketing programs for a portfolio of complex, multi-service, enterprise and enterprise-like accounts, driving significant impact on engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own and manage large-scale, high-visibility marketing initiatives (e.g., enterprise launches, multi-channel campaigns, transitions) with minimal oversight.
- Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in client marketing, establishing best practices, frameworks, and standards across the team.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to influence marketing strategy, priorities, and long‑term engagement plans.
- Analyze performance data and trends to provide strategic recommendations that inform both client outcomes and broader team direction.
- Contribute to team planning efforts, including goal setting, operational improvements, and identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, client relations, and other internal teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and delegation of work to junior team members and peers; review work to ensure quality and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and drive process improvements, tools, and scalable solutions to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
- Education Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required
- Experience 8 years of professional experience in marketing required
