We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in translating our API strategy into clear value propositions for partners and customers alike. In this hybrid position based in Kennesaw (or remote for qualified candidates), you will collaborate across teams to boost awareness, adoption, and integration of APIs within our platform, helping to shape a thriving ecosystem of integrations and partner solutions.

• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for APIs, highlighting their value to both technical and business audiences.
• Shape and advance the ecosystem narrative, positioning APIs as catalysts for customer innovation and partner-driven growth.
• Create engaging API-centric content optimized for discovery, usability, and conversion.
• Support go-to-market efforts for new API launches, updates, and integrations with scalable frameworks.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand API capabilities and craft compelling use cases.
• Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify opportunities within the tax, accounting, and fintech ecosystems.
• Drive API adoption through targeted programs, enable sales and customer success teams with clear value narratives, and create resources like playbooks, case studies, and technical enablement materials.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and successful rollout of initiatives.

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product, Developer, or Technical Marketing within B2B SaaS or platform environments.
• Proven ability to translate technical details (APIs, endpoints, authentication, workflows) into engaging business value.
• Extensive experience supporting go-to-market strategies for APIs, platform features, or ecosystem integrations.
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems, API documentation tools, and integration frameworks.
• Strong content creation skills balancing technical depth with commercial clarity.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis around platform ecosystems and differentiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, managing multiple launches and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration skills across multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services industries.
• Familiarity with developer portals and API documentation tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in technical or product marketing within SaaS or platform companies.

• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Kennesaw or remote work within Eastern time zones.
