Counsel Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our consumer marketing team. You will build and scale AI-driven marketing systems, own programs across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels, write compelling copy, run campaigns, and develop reporting to demonstrate impact.
This is an early, foundational hire with pathways to specialization as the company grows. You’ll report to the VP of Consumer Marketing and contribute to a fast-changing, data-informed growth strategy.
