Compensation: $/hour (Contract) | Potential conversion salary of $57,000-$60,000

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting eCommerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail environments.
  • Background working with website content updates, product launches, promotions, or online merchandising activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining product information or digital catalogs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, merchandising, and operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with consumer products or retail merchandising is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Algolia, Dynamic Yield, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to SEO initiatives, A/B testing, content management, or vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recent graduates with relevant internships or eCommerce experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring an eCommerce Coordinator on behalf of our client. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital commerce while gaining hands‑on experience in online merchandising, analytics, marketing support, and website operations. The successful candidate will partner with multiple departments to help optimize the online customer experience and support day‑to‑day eCommerce initiatives.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Primarily onsite in Charlotte, NC
  • Occasional remote work may be available based on business needs
  • Contract assignment through the end of the year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily website merchandising and ensure online product content remains accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities in partnership with marketing and digital teams.
  • Prepare recurring business reports and assist with performance analysis using sales and website data.
  • Maintain merchandising calendars and help organize upcoming digital campaigns.
  • Assist with homepage updates, promotional collections, and featured product placements.
  • Help manage product setup and ongoing maintenance for vendor-supported inventory.
  • Participate in website optimization initiatives, including user experience testing and content improvements.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, CRM, and digital teams to support business objectives.
  • Assist with content initiatives that support search optimization and online engagement.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements within the eCommerce department.
