Partner Content Communications & Social Media Manager
The Sage Groups' Client is seeking a Partner Content Communications & Social Media Manager, who will own the day-to-day execution and strategic expansion of Partner social channels (Linked In & X/Twitter) and monthly technical newsletters. This is a hands-on writing and execution role (60–70% execution / 30–40% strategy) that requires high judgment, exceptional writing in the "Voice of the Client" and social media expertise.
You will handle organic content creation from end to end—drafting, editing, and scheduling through Sprinklr—while working directly with the Director on final approvals. Beyond tactical publishing, you will help build a Partner Creator Community, empowering partner executives and advocates to post regularly and amplify joint stories.
Key Responsibilities
- To-Partner Social Engine (Linked In & X):
Manage daily content publishing (1–2 posts per day per platform) using Sprinklr. Write original, compelling social copy in the distinct Client voice—no agency dependency. Balance top-down requests (e.g., webinar promotions, product announcements) with proactively sourced partner stories. Exercise sound editorial judgment in high-stakes B2B messaging; prepare clean copy for direct approval by the Director. - Monthly Partner Technical Newsletters:
Own two monthly partner newsletters targeted at developer and technical personas. Lead monthly content-sourcing calls with partners, draft technical stories, and coordinate with the activation team for seamless deployment. - Partner Creator & Advocacy Strategy:
Pioneer a Partner Creator Community strategy to identify, enable, and incentivize partner "influencers" and advocates to consistently post about joint solutions. - Analytics & Social SME Guidance:
Act as the team's social media Subject Matter Expert (SME), bringing modern platform best practices, engagement tactics, and audience analytics to continuously refine performance.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- Core Strengths:
Exceptional long/short-form copywriting, editing, and social media SME knowledge. - Experience:
4–6+ years running B2B social campaigns (B2B tech or Cloud preferred). Direct partner marketing experience is a plus, but not required. - Hands-on Execution:
Proven track record of independently writing and publishing high-volume B2B social copy without relying on external agencies. - Tooling:
Proficient with Sprinklr (or any social publishing/management tool – you can pick up Sprinklr) and familiar with Marketo email operations. - Operating Style:
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, applying strong self-directed judgment, and operating effectively in a high-stakes enterprise environment.
Duration: 1-2 years and ongoing Remote anywhere: PST preferred but open to other time zones Pay: $65.00 / W2 – 80 hours PTO
