We are looking for a senior, hands‑on marketer to help us bring that model to a much larger audience.

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on marketer to help us bring that model to a much larger audience.

You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop, build, launch, and improve integrated marketing campaigns.

We need someone who can develop the campaign idea, write the messaging, build the campaign, work with creative, review the landing page, and analyze the results.

Our team already includes skilled specialists across paid media, design, development, analytics, and Rev Ops. Your role will be to connect those capabilities and help turn strong ideas into campaigns that actually launch.

• Develop campaigns for both consumer and attorney audiences
• Personally build and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Linked In, and You Tube
• Write ad copy, landing pages, emails, video scripts, and creative briefs
• Develop campaign messaging, offers, audiences, and testing plans
• Lead landing-page strategy and conversion testing
• Create video advertising concepts and scripts
• Promote webinars and selected events
• Work directly with creative, paid media, web, and Rev Ops specialists
• Review performance and determine what should change next
• Take campaigns from initial idea through launch and iteration

• Significant experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign strategy
• A strong record of personally building and launching campaigns
• Excellent writing, positioning, and messaging skills
• Hands‑on experience with major advertising platforms
• Experience with landing pages, conversion strategy, video, and analytics
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Recent examples of work you personally created, built, launched, or optimized

• Work on a meaningful problem affecting millions of people
• Help modernize an industry that is ready for change
• Work with substantial advertising budgets and experienced specialists
• Have direct access to leadership and meaningful influence over strategy
• Help shape a growing marketing organization and its future playbook

• Wants to operate primarily as a manager or delegator
• Has not personally built a campaign recently
• Prefers strategy presentations over execution
• Believes hands‑on work is beneath a senior role

The expected base salary range is $80,000 to $140,000
, plus performance-based compensation.

Final compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
