TNT Growth is seeking a fully remote Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to scale paid media performance with a heavy focus on Paid Social and potential expansion into other platforms like Google.
This is a hands-on role where you set strategy, own revenue outcomes, and shape how we drive growth for our most ambitious clients. You’ll lead strategy for 12-18 clients, acting as their day-to-day CMO, managing platforms like Tik Tok and Meta and on Google — not just manage campaigns.
