The Company is a real estate and title insurance provider that specializes in title searches, title insurance, and closing services. With multiple locations across Utah, it provides reliable and personalized support to homeowners and real estate clients while combining local expertise with the resources of a national company.

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, including event flyers and promotional assets
• Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen the company's online presence
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Ensure all content complies with company and industry guidelines
• Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on results

• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar social media and digital marketing role
• Hands-on experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing asset creation
• Ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines for publicly shared content
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
