VP, Cobrand Lifecycle Marketing Synchrony Job listing

The Consumer Engagement Lifecycle Marketing team is dedicated to driving rapid growth of our Card portfolios through meaningful touchpoints that deepen engagement and loyalty with existing Cardholders. Looking for a marketing superstar to be dedicated to the Walgreens portfolio and lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle. You have a strong marketing acumen, built from experience creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns while maniacally focused on taking a cardholder-first approach.

You think strategically to identify opportunities to drive sales growth while simultaneously exceling  will partner closely with the Walgreens Marketing Leader, other members of the Consumer Engagement COE team and members of other key cross-functional teams. You have a good understanding of Cobrand and/or general-purpose card marketing. Your contributions will be a key driver in building loyalty to capture and retain top of wallet position.

This role will report to the VP, Cobrand Lifecycle Marketing Leader.

• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school equivalent and 11+ years of marketing experience within the credit card industry.
• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience to include:
• Marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products.
• Experience with digital marketing
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with marketing execution, particularly email execution
• Ability to develop and implement actionable and measurable plans to drive business results
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and key performance metrics
• Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment
• High energy, self-motivated, passionate innovator and customer advocate.
• Experience with Cosmos, Workfront and other SYF execution platforms a plus
• Experience in the credit card industry, particularly Cobrand Card space

Grade/Level: 12

The salary range for this position is - USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

• New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.
