Job Overview
As a member of the Sensors Marketing team, the Product and Channel Marketing Analyst will help bring TE’s sensor technologies to market by leading new product launches and technology-focused campaigns, while supporting channel promotions across the Americas and EMEA.
The successful candidate will own go-to-market and promotional plans, coordinating execution across segment marketing teams, external agencies, and a cross-functional team including Sales, Product Management, and technical stakeholders. They will help ensure activities remain aligned, on schedule, within budget, and focused on measurable results.
The role will also partner with Distribution Sales teams and the Segment Channel Marketing team to support distributor promotions, product launches, training, content syndication, events and joint marketing initiatives.
In addition, this position may support application-focused campaigns and other integrated marketing programs as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans for new product launches and technology-focused campaigns across the Americas and EMEA.
- Partner with Product Management to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, competitive analysis, and promotional strategies.
- Create and coordinate launch plans, training, presentations, battle cards, sell sheets, messaging documents, digital content, distributor toolkits, and sales enablement materials.
- Lead cross-functional project meetings, establish timelines and responsibilities, manage dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign execution across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, System Architects, Shared Services, agencies, and other partners.
- Support channel marketing initiatives, including distributor promotions, content syndication, product education, campaign planning, and product stocking activities.
- Coordinate lead follow-up with prequalification and regional sales teams, monitor lead progression, and address routing or follow-up issues.
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and track spending against planned activities.
- Report on launch and campaign performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Measure results using metrics such as on-time execution, MQLs, pipeline and opportunity value, campaign engagement, sales enablement adoption, distributor engagement, and revenue through distribution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 10% travel.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, including demonstrated product, channel, distribution, or B2B marketing experience.
