Location: City of Albany
Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Retention Marketing to lead planning, execution, and measurement of customer campaigns across CRM channels, including email and SMS. You will own campaigns end-to-end while coordinating timelines, inputs, QA, and cross-functional approvals.
This role is primarily remote or hybrid and requires availability during core business hours for launches and reviews. Occasional travel to the home office may be required.
