Hire With Near is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States to own retention, email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives while shaping paid search and social strategies. You will improve lifecycle programming and cross-sell from eyewear into jewelry in a small, proactive team.
You should bring 4–6 years in growth marketing, hands-on Google Ads, and strong Klaviyo experience, plus GA4 and Shopify analytics fluency. Remote-first, with a dynamic calendar of promotions and measurable impact.
