You connect what the strategy says to what the work becomes. Where a brand strategist lands the positioning, you turn it into campaign territories, content angles, and creative briefs a designer or editor can actually run with. We keep this role open year-round. Every engagement that moves from strategy into production passes through this seat, so we want to know good creative strategists before the brief is due.

When an engagement needs you, we reach out with the brand context, the goal, the timeline, and the pay.

• Turning positioning into campaign concepts and content pillars
• Writing creative briefs that give makers direction without handcuffs
• Auditing a client's existing content and saying plainly what is working and what isn't
• Sitting in client sessions and thinking out loud with them

Contract, project-based, remote. Typical pay is $45 to $65 an hour depending on the engagement.
