We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns, analyze marketing data, and drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, cost-per-click (CPC) analysis, and campaign ROI tracking. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with spreadsheets, able to track performance on a weekly scale, and can confidently present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
- Analyze Google Analytics data to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure efficient ad spend.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track and report on campaign performance.
- Present weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to internal teams.
- Work with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies for maximum visibility.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and visualization.
- Ability to measure and interpret CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they intersect with paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, or programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
