We are looking for a talented and performance-driven Paid Social Ad Graphic Designer to create high-converting creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who understands both visual storytelling and direct-response marketing, and can create creatives that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

You will work closely with media buyers, marketers, and copywriters to develop, test, and optimize advertising creatives based on campaign performance and business objectives.

Your Duties

• Design high-performing static ads, carousels, banners, and visual assets for Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create short-form video creatives, GIFs, and motion graphics optimized for Facebook, Instagram, Stories, Reels, and other paid social placements.
• Audit existing advertising creatives and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams to develop creative strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Transform campaign briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Apply direct-response marketing principles to maximize engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines while maintaining strong performance-focused design.
• Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to improve future creative output.
• Stay current with Meta advertising trends, creative best practices, and platform requirements.
• Maintain organized design files and creative asset libraries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition goals.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response ad creatives with measurable business results.
• Expertise in designing static ads, carousels, and performance-focused social media creatives.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience creating mobile-first creatives optimized for paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into creative improvements.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising formats, specifications, and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English language Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.
