The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love . We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us . We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content cre ation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing .
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be a critical contributor on our Revenue Marketing team, working cross-functionally to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns that create and accelerate sales pipeline . Reporting to the AMER Field Marketing Lead, you will partner closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategy with sales goals through a mix of digital campaigns, experiential events, executive round tables, and ABM .
You will make data-driven decisions and adapt quickly to industry imperatives to customize our marketing progr ams and maximize impact .
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partn er . Whatyou’ll achieve
- Program Ownership: Develop and own the field marketing program for North America across owned and sponsored events from concept through completion, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, and reporting .
- Pipeline Acceleration: Partner closely with revenue leaders, field sales reps, and SDRs on pre- and post-show strategies to engage target audiences and maximize pipeline generation .
- Cross-Functional Event Execution: Collaborate with internal partners on Asana-hosted events across ABM, Brand, Community, and Customer Advocacy .
- Scalable Best Practices: Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional field marketing activities .
- Performance & ROI Tracking: Own the tracking and reporting of program results, closely monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and overall program ROI .
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- 4+ years of field marketing experience, ideally for enterprise B2B/SaaS audiences .
- Deep event planning and management knowledge with a proven track record of successfully executing multifaceted events across tight timelines .
- Strong relationship-builder with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, work with executives and high-profile speakers, and drive buy-in from sales leadership .
- Operationally minded self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments .
- Working knowledg e of marketing technology tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms) and comfort utilizing data to drive campaign de cisions .
- Ability to travel regionally as needed .

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $133,000 - $151,000 . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process . The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified .
