Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in content strategy, user experience (UX), content management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Experience leading complex content initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience developing content architectures, frameworks, journey maps, content plans, and digital experiences.
• Experience using data, analytics, and search behavior insights to inform content strategy and optimization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, UX, SEO, product, research, and analytics teams.

Technical

Skills:

• Strong expertise in content strategy and scalable content architecture.
• Experience conducting content audits and audience journey mapping.
• Knowledge of digital experience design and UX-driven content strategy.
• Foundational SEO knowledge and experience applying search insights to content planning.
• Understanding of accessibility, brand standards, content governance, and consistency.
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and how platforms connect to support customer journeys.
• Understanding of personalization and customer data technologies.
• Ability to analyze content performance and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Experience with Marketo.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiarity with personalization platforms.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Experience with digital analytics and SEO tools.
• Understanding of how content management, marketing automation, personalization, and customer data platforms work together.
