OverviewReporting to the Director, Marketing Analytics & Data Science, the Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting marketing strategy and business decision‑making through data analysis, performance measurement, experimentation, and reporting.
This role partners with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology to evaluate marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights that drive member growth, engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
The Senior Marketing Analyst will analyze marketing and member performance, develop insights that drive strategic marketing decisions, build/support dashboards and KPI reporting, design and support experimentation and measurement initiatives, and provide senior leaders with clear insights through skilled data-driven story telling.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, marketing business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for translating complex data into compelling, actionable insights and strategies.
This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires regular, in‑person work at our Boston, MA or Hampton, NH office. Our hybrid model is M/T/W in office and TH/F are optional work‑from‑home. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of these locations. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Analyzes marketing performance across acquisition, retention, digital channels, campaigns, and member engagement initiatives.
- Drives measurement of marketing initiatives through KPI development, reporting, trend analysis, and performance insights.
- Develops analytical recommendations that identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Supports testing and measurement initiatives including campaign analysis, segmentation, and performance evaluations.
- Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and analytical tools that provide visibility into marketing performance.
- Monitors key performance indicators, identify trends, and communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analysis.
