We are looking for a driven, results-oriented User Acquisition Specialist to help drive brand awareness, community growth, and customer acquisition for our digital sports and entertainment platform. In this role, you will leverage digital channels, social media, and community engagement strategies to onboard new users, manage referral promotions, and provide high-value analytical content to keep our audience active and engaged.

• User Acquisition & Growth: Drive new user sign-ups and customer acquisition using targeted promotional campaigns, referral links, and strategic digital outreach.
• Community Engagement: Build, manage, and nurture an active online community of sports enthusiasts, providing daily insights, analysis, and entertainment.
• Value-Add Content Creation: Develop and distribute engaging sports analysis, matchup breakdowns, and promotional content to build trust and increase user retention.
• Affiliate Tracking & Optimization: Monitor referral metrics, track conversion rates, and optimize digital funnels to maximize sign-up efficiency and campaign performance.
• Brand Representation: Act as a primary brand ambassador across social channels, answering user questions, guiding new members through registration processes, and troubleshooting account or promo code applications.

• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, affiliate marketing, or sales/lead generation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly online.
• Deep knowledge of professional and collegiate sports (including NFL, NBA, MLB, and college sports) to deliver accurate, engaging analysis.
• Self-starter mentality with proven experience managing independent projects or digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with tracking links, promo codes, and digital attribution tools is a plus.
