Travere Therapeutics is seeking a senior HCP Marketing leader to drive integrated US marketing for FILSPARI (sparsentan) across IgA nephropathy and FSGS. You will translate approved strategies into high-quality content, lead tactics, and manage external agencies within approved budgets.
The role reports to the Director, HCP Marketing and is an individual contributor requiring influence across cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% and on-site presence in San Diego are required.
