Social Advertising Specialist (6 months

We are preferably looking to fill this role as of 1st of October.

As our Social Advertising Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that support both brand and commercial objectives. You’ll work closely with Brand, Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure we’re making the most of every opportunity across our paid social channels.

You’ll be empowered to test, learn, and innovate, while helping shape how Hunkemöller shows up across social platforms.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Smartly, and platform reporting tools to analyze and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support brand-building initiatives through innovative paid social strategies and creative experimentation.
• Identify and test new ad formats, creative concepts, audience strategies, and channel opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end creative workflows for paid social assets, including UGC content and creator collaborations.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
• Drive operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends, and paid social best practices.

• 3+ years of experience in paid social campaign planning, management, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement and campaign analytics, including Google Analytics and Smartly.
• Experience leveraging paid social as a brand-building channel and understanding how creative drives performance.
• Proven ability to manage creative production workflows from briefing through delivery.
• Experience working with UGC content and social-first creative approaches.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a fast-paced international environment.
