Facelove, a fast-growing US DTC beauty brand, seeks a Head of Paid Media to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Tik Tok and App Lovin. You will manage $3–5M in monthly spend and lead a team of junior buyers, setting strategy, making budget decisions, and scaling efficiently as spend grows.
You will own performance metrics, channel strategy, testing, and measurement, partnering with creative and web teams to optimize CAC, MER and contribution margin.
