This position is remote for those living outside of the Bay Area. For those living in the Bay Area you would be expected to come into the office one day per week.
THE POSITIONNumi’s Senior Marketing Manager is a key leader in the marketing team, stewarding the integrated campaign strategy, brand storytelling, and omnichannel growth. This position will own the complete funnel, driving both consumer engagement across digital, DTC, retail, and experiential touchpoints. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and requires deep CPG experience—ideally in wellness, beverage, or natural products. This position displays strong management and team building skills.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about wellness and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- 5 + years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in CPG or beverage (tea or wellness experience a strong plus).
- 2-4 years of successful people management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills in delivering meaningful, clear insights from sometimes complex data.
- Track record in directly managing both DTC and Amazon channels.
- Proven ability to lead brand-building initiatives and drive measurable business results.
- Robust project management skills; able to prioritize, plan, and pivot with dexterity in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communicator with both creative and analytical strengths
- Creative solutions mindset with strong attention to details
- Proficiency in Google, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central and Shopify;
Attribution Analytic Experience a Plus - Experience in SPINS and Nielsen Data
- Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and mission-led brands
- Highly collaborative, self-starter and team player.
- Works well under pressure and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint – including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience scaling a startup or challenger brand
- Success in e-commerce through continual performance efficiencies, while increasing LTV.
- Experience in natural or premium retail (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Erewhon, etc.)
- An individual who possesses a sense of urgency along with the ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
- An individual who embraces newly assigned projects with enthusiasm and proactively seeks out other assignments as time permits.
- An individual who is able to successfully work independently and as part of a team.
- Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns that builds brand awareness, drive trial, and deepens loyalty.
- Ensure that agency partners & direct reports deliver best-in‑class creative across social, email, web, and retail.
- Track and report out KPIs measures for all campaigns.
- Lead in response to any inbound PR request and manage future PR partner(s)- as needed.
- Manage innovation pipeline and roll‑outs; research trends, product voids and opportunities; work with founders.
