Furnished Finder is looking for a Junior Designer to join our Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director,you'llproduce marketing assets across a variety of channels and formats — from social and email to onsite landing pages, sales collateral,and more. This isa great opportunity for an early-career designer looking to buildrangeand grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

We’relooking for someone withgood designchops, a creative eye, and a handle on AI design tools.

You'll help elevate and implement the visual identity of Furnished Finderacross multiple integrated marketing channels.

You’llalso have a focus onourorganic and paid social presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Reddit—buildinga consistent creative voice that people recognize, trust, and engage with.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Designing and producing social content for organic and paid placements across all four platforms
• Ideating and pitching video concepts for various formats like carousels, short videos, educational series, and other trending creative types
• Sourcing and selecting photography for landing pages, emails, display ads, and other marketing collateral and events
• Using AI-assisted design platforms to move fast without cutting corners on quality

• Experience: An Austin-based artdesigner with1 to 3 years in an agency or in-house creative department. This meansyou'veshipped real work, not just passion projects.
• Background: Art direction or design is your foundation. You think visually first, and you know how to translate a brand idea into something that stops a thumb mid-scroll.
• Good designchops: You’vegot a good eye for layout, photography, typography, color theory, and how they all work together to create strong visual communication.
• AI fluency: You'realready using AI design tools in your workflow, like reallyusingthem. You know where they help and where they don't, but you stillapproachit withanexplorer'smindset.
• Social instincts: You understand platform nuance. What works on Tik Tokisn'twhat works on Instagram. Youknow how to take a brief and turn it into successful platform-relevant content.
• Nice to have: A presence of your own. Show us your social profile, we want to seeyourpoint of view, and we want to see how you think.

You care about craft. You're not satisfied with "good enough" and you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to push the work further. You take direction well, but you bring ideas of your own.

You'reself-directed without being siloed. You communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and flag problems early. You understand that social is one part of a bigger brand story, and you take that seriously.
