Location: Irvine, CA (Primarily On-Site; Remote Fridays)
Compensation: $90,000 Base Salary

Our client, a respected affordable housing organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and support portfolio growth. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands‑on marketing professional with experience in affordable housing, digital marketing, lead generation, and property marketing platforms.

This position is based at the corporate office in Irvine, CA and is primarily on‑site, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support affordable housing communities and portfolio objectives.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, social media efforts, and lead generation programs.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with Fair Housing advertising regulations.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Oversee community marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with property operations teams and executive leadership to support leasing and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within multifamily housing, affordable housing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing marketing and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Yardi
  • Rent Café
  • Zillow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
