Tithe.ly is seeking a Sr. Website Manager to lead website design and CRO efforts, driving conversions for churches using our SaaS tools. This remote US role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and focuses on building high-performance web experiences.
You will own CRO strategy, run experiments with VWO, manage design systems in Figma, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to improve Core Web Vitals and SEO while ensuring accessible, on-brand experiences.
