Bridge is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation to own the demand engine, set the plan, run channels, and build measurement that proves marketing's impact. This remote role reports to the VP Marketing and requires 8+ years in B2B growth with hands-on execution.
The person will partner with Sales Ops, SDRs, and CRM to design how leads move between marketing and sales and to optimize ABM programs. Remote position with travel potential and a salary range of $125,000 to $145,000.
