Job DescriptionResponsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate Composition Wealth’s brand, drive growth and expand our presence. The ideal candidate will have an eager appetite to be a key player in a high performing, fast paced growth opportunity. Must bring a deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing and content creation, with the ability to contribute to team building while also being hands‑on in executing key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Brand Management- Design to and become a champion of Composition’s brand and value prop in creating materials for advisors and clients.
- Create compelling visual and written content, including video production, to effectively communicate
Composition Wealth’svalue proposition. - Work with the Director of Marketing to write and execute a robust content marketing strategy that includes thought leadership, case studies, and industry insights tailored to key audiences (advisors and end clients).
- Execute on strategies for webinars,short form videosand podcasting by editing and repackaging content.
- Support the analysis of integrated marketing campaigns (for both thematic areas of focus, and specific products), coordinating across functions to ensure seamless delivery and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, relevant content that supports business objectives.
- Partner with Compliance team to ensure SEC Compliance regulations are properly adhered to in all marketing and advertising materials.
- Oversee the global social media strategy, ensuring effective engagement and communication across all relevant platforms.
- Manage the creation of content for social channels, including the maintenance of our content calendar that supports brand initiatives and drives audience engagement.
- Ensure all social media efforts align with broader communications and public relations strategies.
- Collaborate and be a key part of our national marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Seek to outperform objectives and support the professional growth of all team members.
- Work closely with corporate leadership to ensure alignment across earned and owned channels.
- Provide regular updates and insights on marketing performance.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing; preferred experience either directly or indirectly supporting financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in English/Classics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Hub Spot, email sequencing and multiple list management a huge plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Software/tools:

- Salary range for this role: $110,000 - $130,000
This role is a hybrid in‑office/remote work and full‑time position in our Seattle, Tacoma, or Los Angeles office, reporting to the firm’s Director of Marketing.
