• The marketing specialist at Mage will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Producing compelling, engaging content across digital channels to build the Mage brand and connect with target audiences.
• Help develop and maintain enablement collateral for prospects and customers, working closely with sales and product team.
• Managing the company's social media presence and online engagement to increase visibility and drive conversions.
• Supporting and managing community events, such as meetups, webinars, and conferences, to foster relationships with customers and industry influencers.
• Demonstrating a strong blend of analytical and creative skills to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions.
• Leveraging data, machine learning, and AI tools to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns for measurable impact.
• Supporting the Growth Marketing Manager with other marketing functions such as customer acquisition, digital marketing, and brand development.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure Mage remains at the forefront of the industry.

• Increase product adoption and usage:
  • Develop targeted, personalized marketing campaigns to educate customers on Mage's product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing messaging aligns with the evolving product roadmap.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to optimize the customer experience and drive higher product engagement.
• Drive community growth and engagement:
  • Leverage social media platforms to build an active, engaged community around the Mage brand.
  • Encourage user-generated content and two-way dialogue to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Organize and manage community events, such as meetups, webinars, and conferences, to foster relationships with customers and industry influencers.
• Expand global brand awareness and reach:
  • Create localized, culturally-relevant content and campaigns to connect with international target audiences.
  • Leverage SEO, paid advertising, and other digital marketing strategies to increase Mage's visibility in global markets.
  • Partner with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to amplify the Mage brand across new channels and platforms.
• Connect with the right target audience:
  • Craft compelling, personalized content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive conversion.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize marketing strategies based on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI-powered tools to develop a deep understanding of Mage's customer personas and their evolving needs.

• +2 years working as a data scientist or data engineer.
• Proven track record of creating educational and entertaining content.
• You enjoy talking to developers.
• Excellent communication and completely autonomous.
