Baires Dev is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end strategy for our existing customer base, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will design journeys and programs that increase product adoption, reduce churn, and turn satisfied clients into active brand advocates.
You will build automated and personalized communication journeys using marketing automation tools and collaborate with customer success and sales to target at-risk and growth accounts.
