This is an entry-level role into email retention - steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager down the line.

What you'll do:

Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM

Keep projects on track
: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing

Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM

Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions

Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

Solid experience with Dutch copywriting in an agency environment: you know how to write copy that gets a response

Agency experience

First experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slipping

Reliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased

You own your mistakes and actually apply feedback, instead of just nodding along

Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership - this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot

Dutch native level
