Country Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a local Marketing Coordinator for Miele Professional to join our B2B team in Nesbru, Norway. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth. With our holistic commercial solutions, we support a wide range of industries in the areas of dishwashing, laundry, medical, dental and laboratory technology.

• Marketing strategy:
  Execute the regional marketing strategy considering the corporate objectives in the respective Customer segment and local market
• Address the required products, consumables & (digital) services and pricing for the markets to the Regional Marketing Directors HCS & LMD
• Ensure the successful implementation of international marketing initiatives (product launches, promotions, communication…) in line with the Norwegian market requirements
• Customer centricity:
  Implement respective Customer segment strategy for Norway
• Oversee Marketing for the respective Customer segments: market monitoring for the country
• Marketing budget and plan:
  Marketing investments and Marketing plan managed on budget and on time in country as aligned with Marketing RMT
• Attract new customers through implementing the lead generation and brand awareness strategy whilst also focusing on customer retention directly and via Partners
• Enrich local content/articles (central and local) including creation of local reference user cases to activate on- and offline
• Support the positioning of Miele Professional as a visible Premium expert in the field of related 360° commercial solutions
• Review translation, local specifications and distribution of marketing assets and ensure digital content accuracy and relevance in Norwegian language: central asset ordering, localization and implementation in all marketing assets including Website/Webshop, Organisation of local events, trade fairs and trainings in line with corporate guidelines and material
• Provision of relevant sales & marketing tools in Norwegian for the country sales teams
• Matrix organisation Strengthen relationships with various stakeholder groups including Regional Management Team (RMT), sales teams, partners, service, domestic marketing, Marketing colleagues in NWE, MSS/MAC/MXP and external marketing agencies
• Cooperate closely with the country sales and service teams to ensure successful implementation of central marketing initiatives in line with local market requirements
• Participate in Management Committees within region, to shape all key operational decisions and review performance

• Operational mindset with strong execution skills: ability to effectively implement marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality
• Proactive, goals oriented and capable of managing multiple stakeholders
• Customer centric with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Premium presentation skills in Norwegian, inspiring people with positive energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proactive approach: a tendency to take initiative and seek opportunities for lead generation and sales growth, rather than waiting for direction, supporting changes
• Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in the market

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing or related field
• Relevant marketing experience with operative focus
• Coordinating local needs with regional strategies
• Fluency in Norwegian (mother tongue)
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal communication)
• Proven experience in digital field (performance marketing, SEO, Social Media, AI, …)
• Experience in a matrix organization and project management is beneficial
