Social Media Management

• Manage social media accounts for both businesses, including community management (responding to comments and messages) and publishing two posts per week per account.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative direction for content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across primary social media platforms
• Assist with website menu updates and management (no design or development experience required).

• Social media management experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently
