Account Manager

Rare Blue Moon Marketing is hiring an Account Manager to help manage client relationships and oversee digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident communicating with clients, and experienced in managing paid-media campaigns. You should be comfortable reviewing campaign performance, explaining results, coordinating with creative teams, and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage client communication, expectations, meetings, and follow-up
• Oversee Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Review campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with creative, content, and advertising teams
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and client approvals
• Prepare and present client performance reports
• Identify renewal, upsell, and referral opportunities
• Help maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Previous account management or digital marketing experience
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Ability to understand and explain campaign performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Agency experience is preferred

This is a hybrid position. We prefer regular in-office participation while offering reasonable flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.

• $50,000 annual base salary
• Additional commission opportunities on qualifying renewals, upsells, and referrals
