Patton Creative Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution behind marketing for a client in the fuel & logistics space. You'll be the driving force behind campaigns, paid media, and day-to-day marketing leadership for the account, with real ownership over how it grows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day looks a little different, and is comfortable pivoting, problem-solving, and keeping several plates spinning at once.

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for our client, owning the marketing strategy and aligning campaigns with business goals
• Plan, launch, and fine-tune paid media campaigns across all digital platforms
• Create and manage content that keeps the brand voice consistent and sharp
• Manage the account's budget and ad spend with a sharp eye toward ROI
• Dig into performance data and use it to make the next campaign even better
• Partner with the team and leadership to keep quality high and deadlines met

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role
• Solid grasp of SEO and paid marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
• Comfortable in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Word Press, and Canva

• Communicates clearly, in writing and out loud
• Thinks strategically and doesn't lose sight of the big picture
• Organized, communicative, and good at juggling multiple moving parts
• Based at our Brentwood, TN headquarters 4-5 days per week, with occasional work-from-home flexibility once you're fully ramped up
