Our clientis seeking a Merchandising Display Specialist to join their team. As a Merchandising Display Specialist, you will be part of the Merchandising Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have creativity, technical aptitude, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
On-site is HQ (Monday-Thursday), Work From Home on Friday.
What's the Job?
- Design and develop innovative temporary pre-packed consumer product displays that engage shoppers and enhance brand visibility.
- Create detailed design specifications, considering artwork, printing methods, and structural integrity.
- Manage supplier and co-packer relationships to ensure timely and quality production of display units.
- Conduct ship testing to verify structural durability and compatibility with retail supply chains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing display solutions and develop new concepts from ideation to deployment.
- 2-3 years of experience working with structural corrugated and secondary packaging materials.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and web-based tools.
- Strong ability to conceptualize in 3D and develop innovative display solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a pet-friendly environment.
