As Junior Manager Social Organic (Mensch) you support us in making our brands visible on social media. You work on creative content, help build the community, and contribute to the organic growth of our channels.

• Strategy:
  Support in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
• Content:
  Creation and co-design of text, image, and video content for various platforms.
• Community:
  Participation in the building and care of our community as well as in the exchange with followers.
• Analysis:
  Support in the evaluation of social media metrics and creation of simple reports.
• Trends:
  Observation of current trends and participation in their integration into content planning.
• Coordination:
  Close cooperation with internal teams (e.g., creation and paid social).

• First experience:
  First practical experience in the field of social media (e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or own projects).
• Creativity:
  Interest in visual content and storytelling as well as a good sense for social media trends.
• Platform know-how:
  Basic knowledge of the common platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
• Communication:
  Enjoyment of writing and a good feeling for target group-appropriate addressing.
• Analytical thinking:
  Interest in numbers and first experiences in dealing with social media KPIs.
