Job Summary:

Telamon is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive the execution of marketing campaigns, content, and communications across the organization. This role partners closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns, internal communications, and social media presence to life with strong writing, design, video, and organizational skills. You will own day-to-day execution across social media, graphic design, and video content while supporting the Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that requires both creative ability and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

• Manage day-to-day execution of Telamon's social media presence across all channels (primarily Linked In), including drafting copy, designing posts, and scheduling content using Vista Social
• Support a shift toward human-centered, people-forward content (team moments, event coverage, employee spotlights) alongside company announcements
• Monitor comments and direct messages across social channels, responding directly or routing to the appropriate stakeholder; flag sensitive interactions for Marketing Manager review
• Write routine internal communications, announcements, and supporting copy following Marketing Manager provided templates and editorial guidelines
• Support blog content execution and keyword research under Marketing Manager's editorial direction

Design, Video & Creative Execution

• Design templates, slide decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral in Canva within approved brand guidelines
