Ecommerce Manager; Amazon

The Amazon Marketplace Brand Manager is responsible for driving growth and performance across Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role owns marketplace strategy, inventory planning, performance analysis, and day-to-day account management to maximize sales and brand success.

• Develop and execute Amazon marketplace growth strategies
• Serve as the in-house Amazon expert for assigned brands
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, and other key performance metrics
• Manage inventory forecasting and proactively address stock needs
• Monitor account health and resolve marketplace issues with partners and vendors
• Lead marketplace operations, including product listings, content, imagery, keywords, and product data
• Coordinate remote contractors supporting e-commerce initiatives

• Experienced in e-commerce, with Amazon marketplace experience strongly preferred
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Familiar with marketplace business models and performance metrics
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
