Baires Dev is seeking a Customer Advocacy Specialist to identify, develop, and activate customer advocates across our client base. You will help produce social proof assets and maintain relationships with key advocates to amplify the brand's credibility in the market.
You will coordinate case studies, testimonials, video stories, and peer reviews; manage the reference program; collaborate with marketing and sales to deploy advocacy content at the right stages of the buyer journey.
