Digital Marketing Specialist

A leading global consumer products organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support B2B marketing initiatives across North America. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns designed to generate demand, accelerate the sales funnel, and drive revenue growth.

The position is well suited to a hands-on digital marketing professional with experience across paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including content coordination, project management, approvals, and performance measurement.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, and You Tube.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Research keywords, target audiences, and market trends to inform campaign strategy.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and develop bid strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, performance benchmarks, and ROI metrics.
  • Support demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel acceleration, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation teams to develop email campaigns, lead-generation forms, nurture journeys, and automated workflows.
  • Assist with the development of lead scoring models and automated sales alerts.
  • Coordinate content and marketing collateral across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creative teams, and technology providers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and data-driven optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid digital media campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Meta, Linked In, Google Ads, and You Tube.
  • Experience setting up, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B demand-generation initiatives.
  • Experience working across indirect or distribution sales channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer journey development.
  • Experience working in a large, multi-channel marketing environment.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid opportunity combining remote work with regular collaboration from the designated office location. The role offers the opportunity to work across digital media, marketing technology, analytics, and integrated campaign strategy within a large-scale consumer products environment.
