NC Local is seeking a skilled audience strategist to develop our audience and build a membership program from the ground up. Working with the Community Engagement Director, you will shape the strategy for reader growth and donor engagement across our journalism and newsletters.
You’ll lead marketing and digital initiatives to attract signups, study data from the CRM, and guide the program from concept to launch, with an emphasis on scalability for a statewide nonprofit newsroom.
