Sweat Pants Agency is hiring an end-to-end marketer to own 4–6 DTC accounts, acting as strategist, buyer, creative lead, and direct client contact. You will manage budgets from $30k/mo to $1M/mo, shape client relationships, and drive results with AI-driven creative and landing page builds.
You will research before ads, write briefs, and direct editors/designers, delivering 8–10 launches weekly while testing landing pages and optimizing NC-CPA/NC-ROAS. Remote work with US Eastern hours.
