PURPOSE:

The Regional Marketing Partner serves as a strategic growth partner to practice and regional leadership, responsible for identifying and advancing opportunities that drive sustainable practice growth across assigned markets. This role combines referral development, patient acquisition, community engagement, marketing performance, and data-driven insights to develop and execute market-specific growth strategies.

PRINCIPAL

  • Data-Driven Growth Strategy:
Analyze referral patterns, patient origin data, call tracking, and marketing ROI metrics to identify top-producing sources, under-penetrated referral segments, and areas for opportunity. Translate these insights into referral marketing plans with clear, measurable goals for each practice. Partner with practice and regional leadership to prioritize resources and opportunities based on potential impact. Identify and scale best practices across multiple markets.

Build and nurture relationships with referral development partners through one-on-one meetings, educational programs, and co-marketing activities. Consult with practice leadership and Referral Development Partners to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and refine referral strategies. Influence the adoption of CRM tools to document all outreach, track follow-up cadence, and monitor referral conversion rates.
  • Performance Accountability:
Partner with practice leadership and regional operations leadership to set specific referral growth and activity benchmarks (e.g., number of high-value referral touches, conversion rate increases, event ROI). Own the reporting and analysis of referral marketing activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and accountability across practices. Maintain consistent touchpoints with Operations to review performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and align on priorities and action plans.
  • Brand Awareness & Community Presence:
Support local practice with brand awareness and community presence (educational programs, hosted events, referral development activities) to ensure effectiveness and viability of community outreach, sponsor ships, and internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Planning & Budget Management:
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with practice growth objectives. Track campaign spend, referral returns, and cost per acquisition to ensure efficient use of resources. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas of underperformance, and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with practice leadership to improve results.
  • Field & Relationship Management:
Maintain a consistent presence in assigned practices and markets through routine field visits and in-person engagement. Serve as a professional and trusted representative of the Practice Support Center, fostering strong relationships with practice leadership, providers, and local teams.
  • Digital Advertising Strategy & Performance Management:
Develop, launch, and optimize localized digital advertising campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with practice growth objectives. Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion metrics, and return on ad spend, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to practice leadership and executive stakeholders.
