Director of Marketing

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Marketing to lead brand and growth strategy for post-acute, outpatient, and home-based rehab services. This role develops integrated marketing plans, digital and referral campaigns, and market analyses to drive patient volume and partner engagement. The Director will oversee content, manage budgets, and lead a small team, collaborating with clinical, operations, and sales leaders. Success is measured by patient growth, referral conversion, brand consistency, and data-driven performance across multiple care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategy for rehab services across care settings
• Drive digital, referral, and brand campaigns to increase patient volume and partner engagement
• Oversee content, messaging, and brand standards across channels and materials
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data to inform strategy
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, and key external partners or agencies
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and sales leaders to align marketing with business goals
• Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure campaign impact
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team
• Support new program launches, location openings, and service-line initiatives
• Ensure marketing practices align with healthcare regulations and Powerback's patient-centered culture
