You’ll own lifecycle emails and SMS, covering welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, subscription upsell, winback, and cancel-save, plus weekly campaigns for both prospects and subscribers.
You’ll collaborate with a small in-house retention team, ensure messages align with brand voice, and work within compliance guardrails while delivering measurable results.
