Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic and digital marketing, project management, and content development and a proven ability to plan, implement, monitor, and measure multi-channel marketing programs that drive business objectives. Responsibilities:
Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal clients in partnership with Marketing Managers and Directors. Build integrated marketing plans aligned to mission, strategic plan, and business goals. Drive, implement, monitor, and measure multi-channel campaigns, including advertising, collateral, digital, content, media, and events/sponsor ships. Conduct competitive landscape assessments and recommend strategies. Represent the organization internally and externally with professionalism and credibility.

Manage projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and assess content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment to brand standards. Proactively build positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, and active listening. Persuasive written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven execution ability with project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation; ability to interpret data and surface trends. Ability to work in a consensus-based, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to inspire trust and confidence. Self-motivated with strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity. 3-5 years of marketing experience. Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Adobe tools suite and use of AI tools in marketing workflows. Familiarity with Agile processes and practices. Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and influencing strategy.

Education:

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar, plus 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Additional Requirements:
