Kitty Spout / Doggy Spout is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan and manage the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads that scale across paid channels. Fully remote, 3+ years of DR experience, and deep DTC expertise are required.
Salary is USD 3,000 - 6,000 per month base (experience-based) plus a percentage of ad spend bonus structure. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta.
