Director of eRetail and Retail Media Networks: OLIPOP Remote

OLIPOP is hiring a Director of eRetail and Retail Media Networks, a remote leadership role owning the drinks brand's digital commerce and retail media strategy. It is directly relevant experience for anyone building beverage e-commerce capability.

You will own end-to-end digital shelf strategy and the retail media investment that drives it, building and leading a team while partnering across sales, marketing, shopper, supply chain, finance and customer experience.

• Develop and execute a retail media network strategy across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart Ads and other retail media ecosystems.
• Own the relationship with the retail media and performance marketing agency and ensure tight integration with internal strategy.
• Lead strategy and execution for on-demand and rapid delivery platforms including Instacart, Door Dash and GoPuff.
• Optimise media investment for return on ad spend, incrementality and full-funnel performance, with clear KPIs and test frameworks.
• Own digital shelf strategy including product page optimisation, SEO, content syndication, ratings and reviews and conversion optimisation.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing eRetail and retail media team.

• Twelve or more years in e-commerce and omnichannel sales or cross-channel digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify, with high Excel competency.
• Understanding of forecasting for digital channels to maximise sales and reduce out-of-stocks.
